WebToolTrix respects the intellectual property rights of others and asks our users to do the same. This policy explains how we handle copyright concerns under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and comparable laws.

Our tools do not store your files

Every tool on WebToolTrix runs entirely in your browser. We do not upload, host, or store the files you process โ€” they never leave your device. This policy therefore concerns the original content published on this website (articles, page copy, designs, and code), not user files.

Filing a copyright (DMCA) takedown notice

If you believe material published on webtooltrix.com infringes a copyright you own or represent, email our designated copyright agent at admin@webtooltrix.com with a written notice that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. The exact URL(s) or a description precise enough for us to locate the allegedly infringing material.
  4. Your full contact details (name, address, phone, and email).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-notification

If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to admin@webtooltrix.com that includes your signature, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.

Repeat infringers

Where appropriate, WebToolTrix may restrict or terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
